“A pack of bloodthirsty female death-spirits whose dirty wings rake the floor to chilling effect.” -John Allison, The Telegraph

“With the arguable exception of the blood-crazed harpies or Keres tearing souls and body parts from the dying — they make Wagner’s Valkyries look like Girl Guides — Stephen Langridge’s production, designed by Alison Chitty, is as sure-footed as ever.”
-Barry Millington, Evening Standard

Soprano Amanda Echalaz’s Ker leads the Keres as they feed from the corpses of the victims of the Minotaur; with English subtitles. From Sir Harrison Birtwhistle’s opera ‘The Minotaur’ at London’s Royal Opera House
