Krysia Mansfield is a singer, actor, writer.
Her voice is a rich mezzo and her styles range from art song and operatic roles
to jazz, soul and free improvisation in live performance, film, tv, theatre and recordings.
Her eclectic skills in music were significantly influenced by collaborations whilst completing a Bachelor of Arts Music at the University of Western Sydney.
As a young actor she studied Stanislavsky – Uta Hagen & Yat Malemgren
Character Analysis with Pip McKayTim Robins in Sydney
and in more recent years the Sanford Meisner way of acting & text analysis
with Tom Radcliffe in London now at Actors East.
Extensive movement/dance theatre training in collaboration with Ruth Galene of
Red Opal Dance Theatre.

Spotlight

Creating solo and collaborative pieces for site specific events & recordings.
Her compositions include melodic tunes with playful lyrics,
sound tracks, experimental soundscapes
